Introducing “USAIN VOLT” – Our Newest H2D Printer

Introducing our newest H2D “Usain Volt” to the Workshop! 👏

I’m excited to announce I’ve added another H2D to the fleet of printers here at Wolfpack Workshop. Staying true to my “speed” theme, I’ve named it Usain Volt.

Ever since I purchased my Bambu Lab H2D and H2S earlier this year, I’ve found that my P1S’s haven’t seen near as much action, in favor of these machines. So I’ve decided to sell them and add this new H2D.

Here’s why I like the H2D so much:

1. Dual nozzle. This saves SO much filament. I can print multi-material prints with zero nozzle purges. This has been most crucial when using dedicated support materials, as shown in the image below.

2. It’s big! Lots of space on this build plate to print big parts, or multiple parts.

3. It prints HOT! For those tougher engineering-grade materials, this is necessary.
